Types of Fish You Will Catch

Inshore fishing lets you catch all sorts of fish.

Here are some examples of what you can catch with the help of our guides: 

  • Tripletail: A large, warm-water marine fish that can grow to nearly a meter in length and weigh over 18 kg 

  • Grouper: Related to sea basses, adult groupers can grow to more than two meters in length and weigh over 200 kg

  • Cobia: The only member of the Rachycentridae family in North America, the cobia (sometimes called the “black salmon”) can weigh up to 37 kg, making it great for trophy selfies

  • Spanish mackerel: A fish with a greenish back and silver sides and belly, a migratory species you can sometimes find around Floridian waters

  • Flounder: An iconic flatfish species with eyes on the same side of the body, flounder are smaller fish that can grow up to around 3 kg

  • Trout: Found in freshwater outlets, trout are part of the salmon family and can weigh up to 18kg

  • Redfish: Redfish, as the name suggests, have a distinct reddish hue. The red drum variety weighs up to 25kg and is found off the Florida coast

  • Tarpon: A unique fish species, the only member of its family, tarpon have the ability to gulp air in habitats that don’t provide enough oxygen

Inshore Fishing Pricing Information

INSHORE FISHING:

econfina, St. Marks, or Shell Point

$450 for 2 People. Each additional person is $100 (Up to 6 People).

4 Hour Trip. Additional time may be available for $100 per hour.

Lanark or Keaton Beach

$550 for 2 People. Each additional person is $100 (Up to 6 People).

4 Hour Trip. Additional time may be available for $100 per hour.

NEARSHORE FISHING:

Apalachicola - Tripletail, Tarpon, & Redfish

$650 for 2 People. Each Additional Person is $100 (Up to 4 People)

6 Hour Trip.

Indian Pass, Carabelle, Or Apalachicola - Snapper & Grouper

$750 for 2 People. Each additional person is $150 (Up to 4 People)

6 Hour Trip.

Targets: Kingfish, Tripletail, Mangrove Snapper, Red Snapper, Gag and Red Grouper as well as Mahi.

Fishing deposit is $150 per 2 people and $50 each additional person

Deposits are due at time of booking and are non refundable. A deposit for fishing can be transferred to a different date if trip is canceled two weeks or more before scheduled fishing trip. If trip is canceled by us due to poor weather conditions deposit can be transferred to another date.

Our packages include everything you need for a great day of inshore fishing.

You get:

  • All safety gear

  • Fish cleaning


Please bring your own sunscreen, food and drink, and personal items with you. If you want to take fish home with you, you’ll need to bring your own cooler. We do not provide any lodging.
